Open Doors is not just our name – it is what we offer to the community and those that are navigating homelessness. More than ever, individuals and families need a resource, and we understand that different needs require different solutions, which is why all of our doors are open in helping those that are vulnerable find the right path forward!



Our solutions-based model focuses primarily on housing and case management as the two most critical pillars to ending homelessness. While we provide access to other critical services along the way, we believe our impact is most meaningful when stable permanent solutions are created. Only then do we really feel like our efforts are changing the community for the better.
